FAQ's & Shipping Policies

  • What is your current processing times?
    • Our current processing times is 1-2 weeks (not including weekends or holidays). I do my best to get them out as quick as I can.
  • Do you take custom orders?
    • I am not currently taking any custom orders
  • My tracking hasn't updated!? What do i do?
    • I'm so sorry this is happening! Unfortunately I have no control over USPS, and I can only see the same things you do when you enter the tracking number. I suggest contacting USPS and seeing where your items are. Most times tracking won't update until its about to be delivered, so I would give it a few extra days.
  • Refunds or Cancellations
    • Refunds or cancelled orders are not accepted.  However, if there is ever any issue with your order, please contact me. 

Shipping:

Our current estimated processing time is 1-2 weeks (not including weekends or holidays) unless stated otherwise in your confirmation email. Please double check your address before checking out, as we will send your order to the address you provided.

Domestic Orders:

Once your order is marked as "shipped" it will be in the hands of the USPS. If you have not seen movement or have questions about where your package is, please contact USPS, as I will only have the same information you do. 

International Orders:

International orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive, please also consider my processing times when you order. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or tariffs.
